Our series kicked off with the inaugural concert of Hartford’s newly formed gay men’s chorus. It was a sell-out!

Anhared Stowe, Principal Second Violin for the Hartford Symphony Orchestra, along with former USH music director Carolyn Halsted, presented a sublime evening of music for violin and piano.

Saturday, February 23, 2013 - Hartford Chorale Chamber Singers 7:30
“Celebrating Our American Heritage” was the theme for this always-popular concert that featured stirring and familiar tunes. This vibrant choral ensemble performed under the baton of Colin Britt. It was a grand evening.

The 13th annual Hartford Festival of Women Composers concludes with an exciting night of small chamber works, plus an all-male choir, illustrating the fact that artistry is not limited by gender.
