Green Sanctuary Survey

We Need Your Immediate Attention

Greetings all,

logo Part of the requirements of being certified as a "Green Sanctuary" by UUA is that we survey everyday practices of the congregation regarding green living.

Please, please, please take a moment to fill out the short survey and return it as an electronic attachment promptly (saving paper if you can do it).

1. For those of you familiar with Microsoft Word, simply download the form, complete it and email it as an attachment to: bprine@ntplx.net

2. If for some reason you are not able to use a Microsoft Word Document, then you may click here to receive a pdf copy, which you can print, complete, and leave at the office. If all else fails, pick up a paper copy at the Green Table in Fellowship Hall and complete it.

We have tried to create a survey that will offer new ideas and resources to encourage and enhance your green practices. Thanks very much for caring for our earth and the generations to come.
